DSL, LOWER CAPACITY (EX-ANTE) AND HIGHER CAPACITY PACKET-BASED TDM AND END USER CHANNEL TERMINATION (NON-EX ANTE) PRICE GUIDE INFORMATION
Effective September 1, 2006, F&B Communications, Inc., f/k/a Farmer’s and Business Mens’ Telephone Company, (“Company”) discontinued its Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Access Services in the National Exchange Carriers Association (NECA) Tariff F.C.C. No. 5. The Company de-tariffed its DSL Access Services effective September 1, 2006, and all rates, terms and conditions for the Company DSL Access Service offerings will be provided on a contractual basis and are available upon request.
Effective July 1, 2020, the Company discontinued its Lower Capacity (ex-ante) and Higher Capacity (non-ex ante) packet-based TDM and End User Channel Termination Access Services in the National Exchange Carriers Association (NECA) Tariff F.C.C. No. 5. The Company filed BDS rates for its lower capacity (DS3 Bandwidth Level and below ex-ante) TDM services under the incentive regulation framework in the NECA BDS Access Services Tariff F.C.C. No. 6 effective July 1, 2020. The Company de-tariffed its packet-based and higher capacity TDM (non-ex ante) BDS services effective July 1, 2020, as well. All rates, terms and conditions for the Company non-ex ante BDS offerings will be offered on a contractual basis and are available upon request. The Company will remain in the NECA Tariff F.C.C. No. 5 for switched access and other miscellaneous services.
The Company will make Wireline Broadband Internet Transport (WBIT) available to non-affiliate Internet Service Providers (ISPs) under nondiscriminatory rates, terms and conditions.
