ONLINE BILLING WITH F&B ESTATEMENT
F&B Communications customers can now log on to check their account
balance or view long distance toll records from their personal computer
with a new free service called eStatement.
eStatement gives customers quick access to current and previous
billing statements, plus sortable Lincolnway and Iowa Network Services
long distance toll records. Toll records can also be downloaded
and opened in a computer spreadsheet program.
"This is another value-added service for F&B customers
that takes advantage of the cutting-edge trends in Internet technology,"
said F&B Communications General Manager Ken Laursen. "eStatement

The eStatement Web server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology,
which is backed by a VeriSign security certificate offering the
highest level of security encryption currently available. All information
sent to the site is encrypted, protecting against disclosure to

in the first quarter of 2002.
